Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Important:

Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Returns

Returns sent to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will lose your right to a refund.

Timeframe:

You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, we unfortunately can no longer offer a refund or replacement.

Condition:

The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is a concern, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

Exclusions:

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain sanitary products.

Return Process:

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to contact@arthurandeve.uk, including your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact details. Returns sent without prior notice will be considered invalid.

Return at Your Own Risk:

Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for lost packages or those held at customs during the return process.

Tracking:

Your return must include a tracking number, which must be shared with us. This allows us to determine exactly when your return arrives at our warehouse, after which we will immediately process the refund. Without a tracking number, we cannot monitor the shipment, and your right to a refund is void, as we cannot confirm that the order has been received.


Refunds

Kindly note that refunds and returns are NOT applicable according to the own likenesses and perspectives of the customers but only apply if the items are damaged or defective.

In case of wrong size, we offer free replacement with the correct size.

Process:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account again. If you still have not received it, please contact us at contact@arthurandeve.uk.


Fees

Return Shipping Costs:

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.


Exceptions

Defective Products:

If you have received a defective product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
